Shipping

We currently ship from Ontario to destinations within Canada and the US only.

Shipping Policy (Canada & US)


Shipment Processing Time
We endeavor to process and ship all orders within two business days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping options, along with delivery time estimates, for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you have entered your shipping address and clicked on the "Continue to Shipping" button.

Please note that delivery time estimates for Canada Post may be affected by delays due to COVID or seasonal shipping backlogs.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We regret that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or AOP/FPO addresses.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation
You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking number by email as soon as we have mailed your package.

Damages During Shipping & Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

 

Refunds

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To request a refund, you can contact us at rkartistry.apparel@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Please submit a full description of the issue, along with a photograph of the damage or incorrectly shipped item along when to rkartistry.apparel@gmail.com.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We regret we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items that do not fit or that were incorrectly ordered by the customer. Please refer to the measurement chart on the product pages before ordering to ensure you select the correct size.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund claim, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
